The consultation and the course of action
Assessing the patient, counseling and any referral belong to the pharmacist. The KDoctor agents do not counsel the patient on health matters.
02
Measurements without interpretation
Dr. Rafael records blood pressure, blood glucose and notes exactly as the pharmacist provided them. He does not classify the values or suggest a course of action.

The record takes effect after review
The record and the statement only take effect after the pharmacist reviews and issues them. Until then, they are marked “awaiting review”.
Health data and LGPD
Health data stays in the patient’s record.
Measurements and notes from the consultation are sensitive personal data. Jennifer records the patient’s consent before the first consultation. The history stays in the same customer record used at the counter and for prescriptions. Who can see the records depends on the access the head of the pharmacy has defined.
