What sits behind the counter, in order.

Prescriptions, customer service, pharmacist consultation room, catalog, lot-based inventory, homeopathy, finance and accounting, dashboards and branches, with the migration done at no cost. The same rule applies in every module: AI agents prepare, the person accountable for the area decides, and the system records and rejects whatever falls outside the rules.

The agents

An AI agent in every module.

Sixteen agents in four groups: bench and inventory; counter, prescriptions and consultation room; management; implementation and support. All of them use the same screens and rules as your team, and prescriptions, quotes, entries and payments only take effect with confirmation from the person accountable for the area.

The modules

Nineteen modules, the same rule.

In each one, the pharmacy sets the rules, AI agents prepare the work and the person accountable for the area checks and decides. The system records and rejects whatever does not follow the rules.

Management

The foundation

Branches, access, languages and cloud.

Branches

Inventory data kept separate by branch, master data shared across the branches you choose and each user linked to the branches where they work.

Access areas

Each person only sees in the menu, and only opens, the screens of the areas they have been granted: Pharmacy, Inventory or Administration.

Eight languages

Screens in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. The regulatory content is Brazilian: Portaria 344/98, DCB and the Brazilian Homeopathic Pharmacopeia (FHB).

In the cloud

Used in the browser, with no server or database installed at the pharmacy.

Change history

Changes to factors, regulatory flags, shelf life, labels, lots and assays keep the previous version.

Free data migration

We bring over all the data from the system you use today. You review everything before VUpharma goes live.

The responsible pharmacist reads a document at the bench.

What stays with the pharmacist

The system records. You decide.

VUpharma and its AI agents work for the responsible pharmacist, never in their place.

01

Assess and approve

Assessing the prescription and approving the preparation are acts of the pharmacist. The system neither assesses nor approves.

02

Set the rules

The stock rules for each category, such as lot control, quarantine and release, are set by the pharmacy. The system only follows what you defined.

03

Approving the migration

The pharmacist reviews the data brought over from the current system and approves it before VUpharma goes live.
